Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to LottoPicks. By accessing or using our website, member portal, or any related services (collectively referred to as “the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using LottoPicks.

2. Independent Platform

LottoPicks is an independent digital platform that allows users to create, manage, and track lottery-style plays for Florida Lottery games. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Lottery or any government lottery organization.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LottoPicks. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in lottery-style services is legal.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

5. Payment and Transactions

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Once a play is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Refunds are not available once a transaction has been finalized.

6. Fees and Service Structure

LottoPicks applies small service fees based on the number of plays (“slips”) submitted in a single transaction. The fee schedule is as follows:

  • 1 – 5 slips: $4.99 total
  • 6 – 10 slips: $9.99 total
  • 11 or more slips: $14.99 total

These rates correspond to the internal fee logic used by the platform: feeForSlips(count) = 4.99 for 1–5 plays, 9.99 for 6–10, 14.99 for 11 or more.

For winnings of at least $100.00 (USD), LottoPicks retains a 2.50 % share of the gross winnings as a service commission to assist with prize processing, verification, and compliance. This amount is deducted before payout and clearly documented in your winnings summary.

There are no hidden charges or recurring fees beyond what is displayed at checkout or documented in your payout records.

7. Results and Winnings

LottoPicks displays draw results for informational purposes based on publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of published winning numbers or outcomes.

Winnings credited to your account are subject to verification. Larger prizes may require direct claim through the official Florida Lottery process. LottoPicks assists in prize coordination and verification as needed.

Game Timing: Games purchased by 2:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) are played on the same day; games purchased after 2:00 a.m. ET will automatically be entered for the next day’s draw. This rule ensures proper inclusion in the designated draw cycle.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use LottoPicks for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

9. Limitation of Liability

LottoPicks is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the platform, system errors, or unavailable services.

10. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LottoPicks, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined there.

11. Modifications to the Terms

LottoPicks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
